Burn-in test is performed to reject the automotive LED bulbs which don't light, have poor heat dissipation and unstable luminous efficiency, greatly enhancing product qualification rate. This ensures only qualified automotive lighting products are delivered to the customers.
Advanced inspection equipment is used for inspecting product performance and appearance to reject unqualified products, which ensures the defect rate is as low as 2‰.
Performance inspection: to confirm current, lighting, cooling fan and so on work in normal condition.
Appearance inspection: to confirm there is no wrongly used chuck or rubber O-ring, missing laser engraved logo , color mixing of LEDs, etc.
Qualified automotive LED bulbs are first individually packaged into a box and then cartoned. Each packaging box has a custom-made foam insert to protect the product from damage during transportation.
