Details: After receiving the inspection notice, the inspectors will conduct IQC (Incoming Quality Control) according to the Incoming Inspection Work instruction, fill in the verification records of different types of materials, and make conclusions on conformance.
Details: When daily slotting and model switching , the relative member will send the qualified first item to IPQC for inspection after being confirmed by the supervisor, and fill in the records in detail on the First Item Confirmation Form. Only after the confirmation, the production department can carry out mass production. And if the first item is found to be unqualified, IPQC shall immediately request the suspension of production. After the quality, production and engineering departments review and confirm, the production can be continued, and then re-inspection should be performed.
